Why we are backing NursePadi

Nigeria continues to face a critical shortage of healthcare professionals, driven in part by low training capacity, high examination failure rates, and the increasing migration of qualified health workers. Strengthening the pipeline of competent healthcare professionals requires improving how nursing students prepare for professional licensing examinations and transition into the workforce. We are supporting NursePadi because we believe technology can play an important role in strengthening healthcare education and improving workforce readiness. Through its digital exam preparation platform, the company provides aspiring nurses with accessible learning resources, mock examinations, and assessment tools that improve exam readiness and confidence. With the majority of its users being female nursing students, NursePadi also aligns strongly with our commitment to expanding education and economic opportunities for young women.
